These are a series of logos designed for Rural Strategies and the Daily Yonder, some static and some animated. The logos play off existing logos and color palettes within the organizations.
Backroad Ballots
Three logo mockups for the podcast Backroad Ballots, which explored the rural voter landscape leading up to the 2024 election. The largest design was the one selected by the client.
Rural Assembly Everywhere
The assignment for this animation was to create a fresh version of Rural Assembly’s existing logo, updating its elements and color palette to something with a more summery feel, adding pops of movement to attract the eye.
Rural Remix
This was another podcast logo design, for an audio project that aimed to tell “a deeper, richer story about life in rural places.“
Rural Women Everywhere
This project simplified the existing Rural Assembly logo, tweaked it to fit the new Rural Women Everywhere project, and dissolve the words in and out with a sunrise/sunset animation.
